About Vaanashastram
Vaanashastram brings the Vakkiyam desktop calculator to the web. It computes panchangam and horoscopes with the traditional vakya method, in Tamil and English.
The arithmetic follows the printed panchangam tradition: sexagesimal angles and times, cycle constants and lookup tables, rather than a modern ephemeris.
